Pick one weakness: What is going to help me and what is going to be an obstacle for me? My largest weakness is strategically planning my two curriculum's Reading and Writing to coincide with each other throughout the school year. My biggest obstacle is just not knowing and where to actually start with planning and truly understanding the how to interrelate the two by determing which writing skill would be best to teach with which reading skill. The person who is going to help me is Mrs. Natasha and the thing that is going to help me is a lot of research and self evaluation.
